To monitor an Android phone, you need to physically have the phone in order to complete the setup and install the monitoring app to the target phone; For iPhone/iPad, it depends. You may need to turn the 2-factor authentication feature off on the phone if it's been on and you choose the iCloud method to monitor.
A: MoniMaster supports monitoring cell phones running Android Pie 9.0 or earlier, or iOS 12 or earlier.
