Q1. What terms of payments are available in your company?

A: Almost all the payment options are available for our customers, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Diners, JCB, PayPal, Phone, Fax, Check.

Q2. Can my Windows license code be used to activate Mac version?

A: We are sorry that the license code of Windows version cannot be used to activate Mac version. We offer different register code for different computer versions. So you are required to use the Mac license code if you want to use Spymer on your Mac.

Q3. How can I know whether the order is completed successfully?

A: Once the order is processed successfully, an automatic registration e-mail will be sent to your purchased email address in 1 hour. If you have successfully completed your order but haven't received any confirmation, kindly check your junk mail or contact us.

Q4. What if I need technical support?

A: You can submit your problems via our online form or directly send an email to support@monimaster.com. We'll contact you within 48 hours in weekdays.

Q5. How can I get a refund?

A: You may be considered for a full refund within 7 days from your product's purchase date. Check our Refund Policy for more details.

Q6. Can I cancel the order after paying for it?

A: We are sorry that the order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. All orders are processed automatically, any changes or cancellations are not accepted after the payment.
