4. Can I monitor different devices using only one account?

Yes, you can monitor multiple devices using one MoniMaster account by purchasing additional licenses. Each license allows you to track a specific device, and you can add more devices to your account by buying multiple licenses.

5. Can I change my monitored devices without any cost?

Yes, you can change the monitored devices on MoniMaster, but you must first unbind the previous device. Alternatively, you can purchase an additional plan to monitor multiple phones simultaneously.

6. Can I try MoniMaster for free?

MoniMaster will soon be available as a free trial, and you can currently try it out in a free demo!

7. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with your product?

Indeed, you have the option to request a refund if you encounter specific issues with our product within 30 days. For more details and limitations on our refund policy, please visit our Refund Policy page.

8. Will my plan be auto-renewed?

To prevent continuous product usage issues due to subscription lapses, MoniMaster provides an auto-renewal option. However, you can cancel at any time on the "Cancel Subscription" page.

2. What should I do if my sign-up email is inconsistent with my purchase email?

If the buy email is a substantial record, we will make an irregular secret key for you. You can find the hidden word in the email MoniMaster shipped off to you. You can change the secret phrase on your Profile page if you don't have the foggiest idea of dealing with it or still need to go through it under your sign record. If it's not too much trouble, contact client support to move your buy.

3. What should I do if my account is about to expire and I want to renew my subscription?

Auto-renewal is activated when you purchase a product. If you have manually canceled the automatic subscription, you can click the "Renew" button to enable auto-renewal again. If the benefits are automatically unsubscribed without any action on your part, please re-purchase the product after it expires instead of renewing to ensure the benefits are automatically subscribed.

4. I have purchased/renewed my order but it still shows expired, why?

Currently, we only support upgrading your plan or increasing the number of devices by purchasing a new license.

5. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Currently we only support upgrading your plan.

6. What if I have a repeat purchase for the same product accidentally?

If you mistakenly purchase a product, please contact our customer service for assistance in resolving the issue.

8. What should I do if I want to monitor another device at the same time?

MoniMaster Pro supports multi-device plans. For other products, you must purchase a new license to add additional devices.

9. How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Please log in to the member center > "My Product", and select the products you have purchased. Click "View Benefits", choose the benefits to be unsubscribed, and click "Cancel Subscription".
